The Plumbing Industry Promotion Fund of New York City offers scholarships to eligible and qualified persons in New York's Plumbing Industry.

The Leonard X. Farbman Scholarship Program information material, which includes eligibility, criteria, deadline and an application form, is available on the Association of Contracting Plumbers' website www.acpcny.org.

Scholarship selections are made by an independent committee of college administrators.  We ask you to read the rules and regulations, but equally important, have your children read them.
