IRS Determination Letter Application - On September 1, 2014, the Plan will be filing an application with the Internal Revenue Service for a determination that the Plan continues to be a qualified Plan within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA. IRS procedure requires that a formal notice be given to all present employees covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement through which the plan is maintained . Click Here to download the Notice.
