We thank Members Nkosa Barrett, Business Agent Carl Johnson, Inside Sentry Kenny Vazquez, and Jaime Hernandez for representing Local 1 at the Our Bronx Gala on Friday. They joined community leaders in honoring former NYC Central Labor Council Political Director Lucia Gomez, NYC Councilmember Pierina Ana Sanchez, and NYC CLC President Brendan Griffith for their leadership and ongoing work to strengthen and revitalize the Bronx.
