Linkage Fair - (4/28/2015)

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) will be holding a Linkage Fair on April 29, 2015, 9am – 12pm, The Edison Job Corps Center at 500 Plainfield Avenue, Edison, N.J.  This Linkage Fair is to help connect recruitment sources and subcontractors who are working on the Goethals Bridge to those who are seeking employment opportunities.  The Goethals Bridge Mega Project is a multi-year construction project involving the building of a new bridge connecting Staten Island, N.Y. to Elizabeth, N.J.  Business Agent Thomas Kempf and Organizer Carl Johnson Jr. will both be there representing for Plumbers Local Union No. 1.
