Plumbing Industry Promotion Fund Scholarship Deadline 2/1/2014

The Plumbing Industry Promotion Fund of New York City offers scholarships to eligible and qualified persons in New York’s Plumbing Industry. This includes families of Local 1 members. Applications must be completed and returned to the Promotion Fund office no later than February 1, 2014.

Please be advised that as per the U.A. Constitution and By-Laws, Section 130(a), union dues will be increased to TWENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($27) per month, effective JANUARY 1, 2014.

At this time there will be NO increase for retirees; retirees' dues will remain at $16 per month.

Please be advised that there will be bus service that will take members and their families, starting at 9:30 am, from the Turner Club (748 Clarence Avenue, Bronx, NY) to start of the parade at Logan and Lafayette Avenues in the Bronx. There will also be bus service provided for the return trip at the end of the parade.
