In ten short minutes, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse walks step by step through the Supreme Court's scheme to undermine collective bargaining in the public sector. The Janus case was pre-cooked, as conservatives threw out 40 years of precedent for the simple reason that they didn't like it. Barrett would add to that anti-worker majority.
