PASSING OF LIFE MEMBER VITO GIACHETTI - (11/18/2024)

It is with great sadness we share with you the passing of Life Member Vito Giachetti.

Brother Giachetti was a 64-year member and served the members of our Union as a co-owner of signatory contractor Taggart, a member of the Local 2 JATC, Management Co-chair of the Industry Board among myriad other contributions to our industry. He was 82 years old.

Please keep Vito's family, including several Local 1 members and contractors, in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
